BMD-5DIN - DC brush motor controller

The BMD-5DIN is a speed controller designed for small-sized DC brush motors. This controller offers a cost-effective alternative to the base 20A version and is suitable for use in standard low and medium power systems. It allows motor speed regulation through a 0 to 5 VDC or 0 to 10 VDC analog signal, or by adjusting it using an internal potentiometer. Acceleration and deceleration times can also be adjusted using potentiometers. To prevent motor overloading, the speed controller incorporates a current limitation function, which is particularly important for low-power motors that are sensitive to overload.

The BMD-5DIN is a speed controller for DC brush motors. It is designed to control DC brush motors with a supply voltage of up to 24V and a power rating of up to 120W. Motor speed can be adjusted using one of the following methods:

• Internal potentiometer.
• External potentiometer.
• Analog signal in the range of 0 to 5 VDC.
• Analog signal in the range of 0 to 10 VDC.

The controller also enables setting acceleration, direction, and deceleration parameters through internal regulators integrated into the device's design.
